Our Terms and Documentation

At Deane Europe, we highly value transparency and clarity in our services.

Our terms are established according to industry standards and include CMR and AVC documentation, as well as the Logistics Services Conditions (LSC) from February 2014.

In addition, we adhere to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions of May 2018, the Dutch Warehousing Conditions of November 1995, and the Terms and Conditions for Value Added Logistics of November 1995.

These terms ensure professional and reliable handling of all your logistics and warehousing needs. For detailed information and specific inquiries, you are always welcome to contact us.

Sales Conditions

Our sales terms are based on the latest version of the Dutch Transport Conditions, registered with the courts in Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda, and Rotterdam.

These terms are available upon request. For air freight, the IATA conditions apply, and for international road transport, the CMR conditions apply.

Insurance is not covered by W.E. Deane Europe B.V., unless otherwise agreed.
